This 60' x 80' residential SHOUSE (Shop + House) build was designed as a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. When our clients were looking to build a barndominium on a piece of property they had, they needed a builder who was trustworthy and excelled at quality craftsmanship. They contacted us during the fall of 2019, with the delivery of their completed home in April 2020.
Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this barndominium features 2400 sqft of living space on 2 floors. A special office and loft were created to allow extra space to still work remotely as needed.
The shop side featured two 14'x14' overhead doors on the front side and a smaller overhead door on the back side for equipment and toys. There is 1500sqft on the ship end.
Outside, we also created several spots to sit and relax, featuring more than 840sqft of patio space and a fenced in dog-run for their pets.
